Appointments under Covid-19 Framework

For repeat orders, we can provide contactless service. We are asking clients to phone ahead where possible, if they plan to collect their goods. 

Under the Covid-19 Framework, measuring and fitting appointments are available from Monday 6th December 2021 under the following conditions:  
Being a "close-proximity" business, we will offer measuring and fitting services by appointment only, upon clinical referral for anyone who can present a My Vaccine Pass, which will be scanned at reception. Standard Covid-19 tracer questions and health screen will also take place.

Due to the size of our reception area, in order for customers to maintain 1m please do not enter reception until invited. 
Please ring the doorbell, scan in using the Tracer App, have your mask on and My Vaccine Pass ready. 
Our staff will continue to wear PPE and request customers to wear a mask when they enter our premises. This is to protect both our staff and our customers. 
If required and pre-arranged, a maximum of one support person allowed per visit. We will scan their My Vaccine Pass and record the name of the support person, for contact tracing purposes. 
Clients with any Covid, respiratory or flu -like symptoms should not enter the building.
There will be a minimum 30-minute gap between fitting appointments and all surfaces will be hygienically wiped down prior to and after each appointment.

For anyone unable to present a My Vaccine Pass: We will supply contactless, upon receiving a clinical referral, by way of a verbal consultation including measuring instructions. We can supply product with full care and donning instructions.
