Juzo guarantees their products will be free of manufacturer's defects* and will maintain their prescribed compression for six months from date of purchase when proper care advice is followed.
*Manufacturer Defect: A flaw in manufacture that is existent and apparent the moment the box is opened. This does not include: ordering the incorrect size, normal wear and tear, pulled threads, runs, wear at the toe, or holes due to fingernails, toenails, or snags; or any problem caused by the wearer in application, improper use, or care of the garment.
Total Satisfaction Guarantee
It is Toomac Solutions intention to provide the highest quality garments to our Customers. We are committed to providing our customers with the best care and attention. We show customers how to put on and take off the garment, and how to care for the garment.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, we want to make sure our customers have the right garment, and all the information needed to wear and care for the garment/s correctly. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a garment, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days from receipt of garment), either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0508 443 5347.
We may ask you to return the goods to us for inspection, with a copy of the Packing Slip or receipt. We will check the garment and, if it is faulty, we will provide a replacement garment or, if this is not possible, we will provide a refund including the cost of freight.
Although we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, please note that we cannot provide a refund or replacement garment in the following circumstances:
- You have changed your mind
- The garment has been damaged after you received it (you have damaged it accidentally, or on purpose)
- You have not followed our advice on taking care of the garment, e.g. washing instructions, donning/doffing instructions (all garments are sold with full care and wear instructions).

We can advise you on the care, donning/doffing and product information in relation to these garments. We are not a 'health care provider' and are unable to provide clinical information of any type, please refer to your Doctor or Clinical Specialist for these details.
